By commissioning me you automatically agree to my TOS.

I reserve the right to refuse any order, for any reason and I am not obligated to accept any commission request that I receive.

I do not accept rushed commissions as I am in school and it would not be plausible for me to do. Please keep my commission times in mind.

Unless discussed beforehand, I reserve the right to stream / post updates about your models for advertising or portfolio purposes

I reserve the right to discontinue an order if I become uncomfortable, or there is a pressing matter that hinders my ability to complete the commission. The amount of progress made will determine the refund amount.

All character and commercial rights belong to you, the commissioner. Meaning you can stream or produce monetized works with the commissioned product.

I will not edit / update model art done from another artist unless you have been given explicit permission to do so. I will also be asking the previous artist myself so it is important to remain truthful otherwise I will terminate the commission and you may be blacklisted.

Only the PNG, PSD and runtime files will be provided (i.e the files that are used for face tracking programs), I will not provide the base rigging files to the client.

I must be credited for illustrating / rigging the model, and it must be in an easily accessible place.

Use of my work within block-chain technology such as NFT's or cryptocurrency are strictly prohibited.

Use of my work with AI is strictly prohibited.

Do not reproduce, redistribute or resell the commissioned work without my permission. Please contact me beforehand if you plan to resell my work.

Fully edited Model Showcases will not always be provided. It traditionally depends on how much time I have on my hands and if I'm feeling up to it. These would be considered gifts and not involve any additional costs!

It will take roughly 1 - 4 months to complete and order, depending on the complexity and other commissions I must finish. This is not my full time job and I am a full time student, so I will be putting my studies before commission work.

In order for me to accept any form of rigging commission you MUST provide a completely cut PSD file, as I only provide minor cutting services.

I do not do MAJOR PSD cleanup for rigging. Simple cleanups will be done free of charge. This will be discussed after I review the file.

Once the lineart process begins, the majority of the design cannot be changed. I will only allow minor revisions past this point. Any extensive revisions past this point may incur an extra fee.

Most revisions (for rigging and illustrations) will be free of charge depending on the complexity of the changes. This will be evaluated on a case by case basis.

After the payment is confirmed with the client I will send an invoice via PayPal or VGen (whichever the client prefers).

I send updates as I make major progress. You are always welcome to ask for updates in between! Adjustments will be made according to any feedback received.~

Feedback is always welcome and highly encouraged to ensure that you receive a product that you are happy with!

Throughout the rigging process you are welcome to ask for runtime files in order to test the model out yourself!

I configure models to work in VTube Studio as it is the program I am most familiar with. If you utilize any other program you will need to configure the settings yourself! I am happy to make any accommodations for this~

Currency is in USD! However conversions are available on Vgen.

I only accept payments through PayPal and VGen.

A 30% deposit is required to secure your spot on my worklist; I will send you an invoice of this when the commission has been confirmed.

I do not offer major (i.e refunds that are over 60% of the total cost) refunds unless I am unable to complete a commission.

If the commission is cancelled due to the clients cause, the deposit will not be refunded and the remainder of the refund to the client will be determined by the amount of progress I have made.

If the client cancels the commission they are no longer allowed to use or reproduce my works under any circumstance (unless another arrangement has been discussed beforehand).

I am open to discussing a payment plan with clients! This will be done on a case by case basis to ensure I can help you as best as I can!

Your PayPal information handle will be strictly confidential and will not be shared! I will address you by your username / vtuber name unless told otherwise.

PayPal fees are included within the base price, however this will change to accommodate add-ons and payment plans.

Returning customers will receive a 15% discount on all future purchases. I will have the ability to revoke this if any complications during any commission take place.

Communication through vgen or discord only! I will only communicate through email as a last resort, simply because it would be inconvenient for me and you.

Please be sure to have your account public / your DM's open to everyone to be sure I can contact you. There will be tutorials provided both forms if you are unsure how to do it!

Please be patient when communicating with me (as I will do the same with you) because sometimes life gets in the way and other things will require my attention.

Q : Are your commissions first come first serve?

A : Nope! I'm more of a go with the flow kinda gal and just do what feels right in the moment. I want to try a little bit of everything so I am not picky at all!~ ╮ (. ❛ ᴗ ❛.) ╭

Q : Your commissions are closed, can I join your waitlist?

A : Unfortunately I do not have a waitlist as I normally don't have an estimate for when my commissions will reopen! So you will have to wait for an announcement for when they open back up

Q : Can I still ask about a rigging commission if my art is not ready?

A : Absolutely! All I'd need is a recent sketch of the model as well as what you'd need in terms of add-ons! You can decide whether you'd like to put in your deposit or wait until the full model is done!

I will not accept full payments until the model art is completely done!

Q : Why do you have a long completion time for commissions?

A : I am a full time University student so this is not my full-time job! This is just a fun hobby of mine I do in between my school work. My work times won't work for everyone and that's ok! There are tons of awesome riggers / artists out there who would be able to fit your needs ~

Q : I don't want to bother you, so is it okay if I ask for updates?

A : 100% YES !! You are trusting me with your model as well as your money, you will not be bothering me at all by asking for updates. It actually helps me as I sometimes work on things and forget to send updates, so feel free to ask whenever!

Q : I don't have enough money for all the add-ons I want right now, could I come back and get them at a later time?

A : Of course! I keep all my model files so if you'd like to add something later, whether it be for art or rigging I'd be happy to do it for you!

Q : How come you don't work on models one at a time?

A : Long projects tend to be hard for me to keep my focus on, so to prevent me from being bored it helps me to work on multiple things at once!

Q : When designing a model, do you prefer pictures or just text?

A : Pictures with brief descriptions work best for me! Sometimes things get lost in translation with both mediums so a healthy combination of both works best for me!

Q : If I won something from a raffle, will I still be able to get the returning customer discount?

A : Yep! I'll recognize you so you will be able to get the discount for future purchases!

A fully cut PSD of your model is required upon payment. I will not accept payment for the rigging until the model art is complete!

I will need to inspect the model before giving you a quote just to be sure there is not any extra cutting that I must do. You may either ask for extra cutting from your artist or from me, but that may require an extra fee.

I will configure your model for VTube Studio when the model is complete! If you use another program you will have to configure the model yourself as I do not use any other program.

If your model has a lot of features, I may ask for a Google Doc or a PDF file that describes all of the features you'd like such as animations or expressions and possibly some references to improve my workflow!

The base price does not include the design. You must either come with a predeterminded design or be prepared to pay the design fee!

The canvas size is generally 5000 - 7000 pixels. This will be adjusted to each models needs

Each model will come with 4 Simple Expressions, minor character adjustments, and a Basic PNGTuber of the model if requested.

If you want to have addons at a later date tell me before the lining process as I will need to work differently depending on your needs

The final will be delivered in the form of a rig-ready PSD and also a PNG expressions sheet.
